About The Role

We’re looking for an Infrastructure & Deployment Engineer to manage the deployment and maintenance of our AI-powered solutions on client infrastructure. You’ll be the technical bridge between Labiba and our clients, ensuring reliable performance and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to define infrastructure needs and recommend suitable deployment setups.
Validate server readiness (network, ports, access, etc.) prior to installation.
Deploy and configure solution components: applications, SQL Server, MongoDB, storage, and services.
Perform updates, patches, and version rollouts.
Provide infrastructure support and perform necessary maintenance.
Monitor server health (SSL, backups, load) and ensure smooth ongoing operations.
Travel regionally when required for setup, troubleshooting, or support.

Requirements

Solid experience with Windows Server, networking, SQL Server, and system configuration.
Experience in deploying enterprise software in on-prem and cloud environments.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Familiarity with SSL, backups, security, and performance monitoring.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Willingness to travel within the region when required.

Bonus Points For

Azure experience or hybrid cloud deployments.
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and diagnostics.
