As a member of Munich Re, the MedNet Group is a leading healthcare management and third-party administration (TPA) provider across the MEA region. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our HR Shared Services team in Jordan on an unlimited contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services across multiple countries, including Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain, Oman, and the UAE, while ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of HR service delivery. Working closely with employees, managers, and key stakeholders, you will contribute to an exceptional employee experience and support the efficient operation of our regional HR processes.
Your Job:
• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Process payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, overtime, deductions, and other compensation changes through the HRIS.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR and payroll records.
• Coordinate with Finance and internal stakeholders to support payroll closing, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and other statutory payroll obligations.
• Prepare recurring payroll, HR, and statutory reports, while supporting internal and external audit activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and HR services in a professional and timely manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and HR services, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
Your Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Good understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms; knowledge of Oracle HR is considered an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
