Consultant – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Role Introduction:
As a Consultant in the GRCS team, you will be actively involved in executing core engagement tasks such as testing, documenting, and analyzing controls. You will support senior colleagues in delivering value‑adding internal audit, governance, ERM, and compliance projects to Saudi clients. The role requires a keen eye for detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to link testing results to broader governance and control improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, or related fields.
- Experience in planning, executing, and reporting internal audit engagements.
- Ability to independently execute Internal audit engagements.
- Strong communication skills in English, with Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Excellent in Arabic and English reporting skills.
- Experience in in using Data Analytics tools in IA planning and execution.
- Exposure to multiple business processes and industries
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic client-service environment and manage multiple engagements.
The following are desirables:
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, CPA would be considered an advantage.
- Big Four experience is preferred.
- Prior Saudi market experience is highly desirable, particularly for candidates who have worked with Saudi-based clients or within the GCC region.
