About the Role
CTI is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the accounting and financial reporting functions for its companies in the United States and the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management reports, supporting international operations, and working closely with senior leadership to provide clear financial insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the full accounting cycle for CTI’s U.S. and UAE companies.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and complete month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Record journal entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
- Perform multi-currency accounting and account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital across multiple entities.
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and financial analysis for executive leadership.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
- Support inventory accounting, cost of goods sold analysis, and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist with high-volume transaction review and financial data validation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop is required.
- Experience with other accounting or ERP systems is highly valued.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, data validation, and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
- Strong financial analysis and management reporting skills.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
- Microsoft Excel certifications, such as MOS Expert, are a plus.

- Consumer electronics
- Logistics and supply chain
- Inventory-based businesses
Experience supporting companies operating in both the United States and the UAE is considered a significant advantage.
