Position Overview
Allocating resources effectively, providing team members with necessary tools, maintaining organized project files, coordinating with clients, tracking milestones and deadlines, and serving as a communication liaison. Throughout project closeout, collaborating with the QA team, managing project calendars, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Creating and maintaining project documentation. In addition to supporting project managers in developing project plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Technical:
- Managing client relationships and projects from start to finish, from proposal stage to managing project timelines and resources.
- Coming up with innovative solutions to solve business problems.
- Communicating clients’ needs and expectations to the creative and technical teams.
- Managing multiple tasks including website and mobile application projects, marketing, client meetings, presentations, and internal team schedule to make sure everything works smoothly.
- Working with the marketing team in developing landing pages and marketing assets for websites.
- Ensuring proper delivery of the projects by testing the applications and systems prior to delivering them to the client.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of technological trends and best practices.
- Understanding customer goals, plans, challenges, and timeline.
- Striving to continuously improve our project management process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement the best practices and new methodologies.
- Maintaining overall accountability for client satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Providing regular communication to management on client concerns and feedback.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education Degree: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience within a related field.
- Excellent command of oral and written English & Arabic.
- Project management experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
