Why do we need you?
- Visit concrete producers to build strong relationships and understand their technical and commercial needs
- Identify challenges and collaborate with Saint-Gobain's Research and Development and Technical teams to propose suitable admixture solutions
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies
- Communicate regularly with Saint-Gobain’s sales and technical teams to align on customer support
- Negotiate and close sales deals within approved terms and pricing guidelines
- Support field trials and product demonstrations to help convert opportunities into sales
- Generate leads for project tenders and share with the sales team
- Coordinate with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments
- Provide technical recommendations and product guidance to customers
- Conduct product presentations and assist in field trials for product validation and approval
- Submit weekly reports on customer visits, market updates, trial progress, and business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update customer profiles
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and action item
- Support a safe, sustainable, and environmentally responsible workplace by following Saint-Gobain's EHS guidelines and model good practices
Is this job for you?
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry in concrete admixtures or ready-mix concrete.
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete technology, admixture products, and their applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
