Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations role based in Amman, Jordan. The Operations team member will help oversee day-to-day business processes, ensuring efficient delivery of services and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting project and service delivery, and assisting in the optimization of operational procedures. The role involves regular communication with internal teams and partners, tracking performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to documentation and reporting. The Operations team member will also support implementation of best practices, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordination with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Relevant experience in technology, business applications, or professional services environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software) is an advantage.
