Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for driving operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across all operating units. The role focuses on optimizing production processes, enhancing quality and compliance standards, implementing best practices, and supporting automation initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position also promotes a culture of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously update the Group Operations Manual.
- Upgrade, develop, and implement QA checklists across all operating units.
- Initiate and maintain a robust protocol for internal operations audits, including HSE for full compliance in all sections.
- Evaluate production processes across operating units to optimize efficiency, maximize yield, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with plant managers, production, and QC teams to implement best practices across all operational areas.
- Map end-to-end processes and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Standardize and optimize mixing procedures to ensure full consistency and reduce variability.
- Lead the transition toward automation and semi-automation processes.
- Engage all departments to drive a culture of cleanliness and tidiness, reinforcing a safer working environment and an upgraded operational image.
- Manage and monitor operational upgrade initiatives, clearly demonstrating improvements through before-and-after results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or chemical engineering.
- Fluent Proficiency in Arabic and English language.
- 4- 7 years of experience in the same field.
