Role Overview
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating meeting room bookings, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring an excellent visitor experience.
- Manage the front desk and reception area, maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times.
- Operate the switchboard, answer incoming calls promptly, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, schedules, and ensure rooms are prepared with the required arrangements and equipment.
- Assist with meeting logistics, including visitor coordination, refreshments, and administrative support when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and maintain records of office communications.
- Support basic administrative activities such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and office coordination.
- Monitor reception supplies and coordinate procurement of office and pantry requirements when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and customer service best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage reception operations, calls, meeting room bookings, and administrative coordination efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Administrative Support is preferred.
🎓 Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field is preferred.
- Additional certifications in customer service, hospitality, or office administration will be an added advantage.
