Insurance Sales Agent (Commission-Based)

What You’ll Do
* Participate in a comprehensive 3-month training program.
* Prepare for and successfully pass the Central Bank of Jordan licensing examination.
* Become a licensed Insurance Sales Agent upon successful completion of the training and exam.
* Generate new business by building relationships with prospective clients.
* Identify clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Requirements
* Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for sales and helping clients.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required—full training will be provided.
Working Hours
* Sunday to Thursday
* 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
* 100% commission-based position (No basic salary).

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Sales support abilities, including basic knowledge of insurance or financial products, lead follow-up, and service-oriented selling.
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written, with clear and concise presentation of information.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in processing documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Comfort with using computer systems, CRM tools, and standard office software for data entry and customer interaction tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, Jordan, in a fast-paced team environment while meeting performance and quality standards.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales support roles, preferably within insurance or financial services, is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
