Glocal Immigration is a Canadian-regulated immigration and education consulting firm headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The firm is led by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Ibrahim Alsalibi (RCIC #R532895), who is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and authorized to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We are also proud members of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
As part of our continued growth, we are opening a small representation office in Amman, Jordan to better serve our clients in Jordan and the region.
While our Jordan office will provide client support, visa processing coordination, and administrative services, all Canadian immigration consultations, legal advice, eligibility assessments, and official representations will continue to be provided exclusively by our licensed RCIC in Canada.
In addition to Canadian immigration services, we assist clients with visitor, study, and other visa applications for multiple destinations worldwide and maintain partnerships with leading colleges and universities across Canada and other countries.

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Immigration & Global Visa Coordinator to join our growing team in Amman.
This is a full-time onsite position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations, managing client communications, preparing visa applications, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
As our Amman office is a small representation office, the successful candidate must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative, managing priorities effectively, and maintaining regular communication with our Canadian head office.
The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with company procedures.
The successful candidate must not provide immigration or legal advice under any circumstances. Canadian immigration advice, legal assessments, and official representations are provided exclusively by our licensed RCIC in Canada. The coordinator may conduct structured client pre-assessments, collect documentation, and provide general procedural information under established internal guidelines and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Amman representation office.
- Welcome clients and provide professional front-desk support.
- Respond to general inquiries regarding visa application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Conduct structured client pre-assessments using company guidelines.
- Schedule consultations with the RCIC and coordinate client appointments.
- Collect, review, organize, and follow up on required supporting documents.
- Prepare visa application packages in accordance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of visitor, study, and other visa applications for Canada and other countries.
- Communicate professionally with clients throughout the application process.
- Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate with the Canadian office regarding active files and application progress.
- Order office supplies and ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Perform additional administrative and client service duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Translation, Customer Service, Tourism, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in visa services, travel agencies, immigration support, customer service, office administration, or a similar client-facing role.
- Must have practical experience preparing and submitting visitor visa applications for multiple countries, including Schengen countries, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other international visa programs.
- Strong understanding of visa documentation requirements and online application systems is considered a strong asset.

- Must be legally authorized to work in Jordan.
- Must be able to commute daily to our office.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near the University of Jordan or in the surrounding areas.
