Headquartered in Calgary, Canada, we are expanding with one representation office in Amman, Jordan.
We assist clients in pursuing immigration, study, and visit opportunities to Canada and other countries. Our firm specializes in professional immigration and visa consulting, study permit processing, and global student recruitment, and proudly partners with leading universities and colleges worldwide.

Working Hours:
Saturday to Wednesday 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Thursday: 10:00 to 3:00
Friday: off
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Immigration & Visa Coordinator to join our Amman branch.
This is a full-time, onsite position (not remote). The successful candidate must commute daily and work from our office during official working hours.
This role focuses on managing daily office operations, client coordination, and supporting clients throughout their visa and immigration journey under the supervision of licensed professionals.
The successful candidate must not provide immigration or legal advice under any circumstances. All official immigration advice, assessments, and representations are exclusively provided by licensed immigration consultants (RCICs) or authorized lawyers.
The coordinator may conduct basic structured pre-assessments and collect client information under internal guidelines and training provided by our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and front-desk coordination
- Meet and greet walk-in clients professionally
- Answer general client inquiries about visa and immigration processes (information only, no legal advice)
- Conduct structured pre-assessments using internal checklists
- Book consultations and meetings with the RCIC or lawyers where applicable
- Follow up with clients regarding required documents and application progress
- Coordinate with the processing team to finalize and submit visa applications
- Maintain organized client records and ensure confidentiality
- Order office supplies and maintain smooth office functionality
- Support additional administrative tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- College Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, English, Translation, Customer Service, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, office administration, visa services, or a similar client-facing role preferred
- Strong people skills with a friendly, positive attitude, delivering excellent customer service, is a key part of this role
- Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
- Willingness to learn immigration and visa processes through internal training
- Preference given to candidates residing near the University of Jordan
- Must be able to work onsite and commute daily
