Sun Tours is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Visa Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation for multiple destinations worldwide. The successful candidate will provide professional guidance to clients, ensure accurate processing of visa applications, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation for various countries.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy requirements, and immigration policies.
- Review and verify visa application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients in preparing visa applications and supporting documents.
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers regarding applications.
- Track visa application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle urgent and complex visa cases professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the visa process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, travel, or immigration services.
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations including Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations.
- Excellent understanding of embassy procedures and visa documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in online visa application systems.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a travel agency or visa consultancy.
- Knowledge of corporate and VIP visa services.
- Familiarity with online appointment booking systems and embassy portals.
