Intermediate Solution Architect | MAF Global Solutions | Customer Solutions - Jordan
Role Summary
Design and implement technical solutions that meet business and functional requirements while following established architectural standards. Act as a supporting member within the architecture team to help bridge business needs with engineering delivery.
ROLE PROFILE
- Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business and functional requirements
- Develop architecture artifacts (diagrams, integration flows, technical documentation)
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards
- Support engineering teams during implementation and provide technical guidance
- Apply architectural best practices and contribute to design discussions
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams for smooth delivery
- Assist in planning, estimation, and resolving technical issues during projects
- Drive continuous improvement through reusable components, documentation, and staying updated on technologies
Requirements
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architecture patterns
- Awareness of security, scalability, and performance considerations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree + 4–6 years’ experience in software engineering/solution design, with Agile exposure and enterprise/cloud project experience
