Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations.
- Lead and manage service staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate between floor staff, kitchen, sushi bar, and bar.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
- Support inventory control and operational requirements.
- Lead effectively during busy periods, buffets, and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- English and Arabic required.
- Foodics experience is preferred.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
