Job Overview
We are seeking a tech-forward AI Subject Matter Expert for HR Operations with 4+ years of experience to manage our employee lifecycle using Odoo HR and advanced AI tools. In this role, you will drive workflow automation, manage employee engagement, and handle benefits and relations in compliance with Jordanian Labor Law. The ideal candidate blends solid HR operational experience with a professional, innovative approach to cultivating an outstanding workforce experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, contracts, payroll support, Social Security, Visa Process and medical insurance within Odoo.
- Optimize HR operational speed and efficiency by strategically integrating AI tools to automate routine workflows, accelerate document generation, and rapidly resolve employee inquiries.
- Manage the operational lifecycle and deployment of technical employees across internal and external projects.
- Develop, update, and maintain robust HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring fast, smooth organizational communication. Resolve challenging employee relations, cultural differences, and workplace escalations with extreme patience and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
- Direct experience managing workflows and data inside Odoo HR modules.
- Proven experience handling international visa processing and talent mobility.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to optimize daily HR tasks and efficiency.
- Experience drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong professional presence for handling sensitive issues.
