HR & Administrative Officer
Location: Amman, Jordan
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
We are looking for a smart, resourceful, and proactive HR & Administrative Officer to join our team. We are not simply looking for someone to process paperwork—we want someone who takes ownership, follows through, solves problems, and gets things done.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, employee benefits, and payroll-related administration.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, visas, and company events.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Follow up with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
- Handle various administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
