About The Role
The HR Supervisor will play a key role in supporting and overseeing day-to-day human resources operations within a fast-paced sports environment. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations, and prior exposure to the sports industry or sports organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and HR administration.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition activities to meet operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary matters, and performance management processes professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with department managers to support organizational and staffing requirements.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture within the sports environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Previous experience in the sports industry or sports organizations is required.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and best HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
