Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to oversee and support the performance of our retail stores and employees. In this role, you will ensure that all locations adhere to Metro by T-Mobile’s Store Operating Standards (SOS) and company policies while maintaining exceptional customer experiences. You will review store activities, evaluate processes, and prepare reports for management to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor store operations using a checklist to ensure compliance with company Store Operating Standards (SOS)
2. Ensure stores meet Metro by T-Mobile’s Store Operating Standards (SOS)
3. Identify any issues, policy violations, or areas needing improvement.
4. Provide feedback and recommendations to management to enhance store performance.
5. Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing store observations and findings.
6. Report any incidents, security concerns, or irregularities promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Fluent in English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
3. Bachelor’s degree in business management, administrative studies, or any related fields.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent attention to detail and strong observation skills.
2. Good communication and reporting abilities.
