Key Accountabilities:
- Partner with business leaders to manage core HR processes including recruitment, internal mobility, learning and development, and performance management ensuring alignment with business priorities. Lead targeted HR initiatives to address specific business unit needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular engagement to understand and address employees related challenges.
- Meets on regular basis the key stakeholders to discuss people’s challenges
- Provides guidance on HR policies and practices and its’ interpretation to ensure achieving employees’ satisfaction and business results.
- Act as a mediator and trusted advisor in sensitive or complex employee matters, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company values.
- Participate in regular business unit leadership and management meetings.
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters, through multiples ways such as offering practical guidance and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Maintains in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Supports, advises, and coaches managers in their responsibility for managing and motivating their teams to improve individual performance by providing day to day performance management guidance such as coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit organization structures and workforce planning.
- Supports in the delivery of key HR services (recruitment, training, mobility, and career development) in collaboration with shared services, ensuring alignment with policies and business needs.
- Monitor labor costs and headcount on a monthly basis, recommending actions such as redeployment or restructuring to optimize resource utilization.
- Understands the strategy of the company and make sure HR processes are aligned with the strategy
- Ensure that all needed updates in HR reach all employees through clear communication and other channels such as internal communication
- Manage and administer the service agreement resources, ensuring contracts are updated, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs while monitoring performance and renewal timelines.
- Contribute to cross functional HR and business transformation projects.
Education & Experienc
- Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Finance
- HR certification is a plus
- 10 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner; 4 of which are at a managerial level.
