Line of Service Overview
Our Deals practice helps organisations navigate complex transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic investments. We deliver insights and solutions that enable clients to create, protect, and realise value throughout the deal lifecycle.
Role Overview
The Clients and Markets Manager is both inwardly focused (helping our Relationship Partners manage our largest and most complex accounts). They are responsible for helping drive account management excellence internally (strategic planning, pursuit lifecycle support, knowledge capture, account rhythm). They support the Relationship Partners and the different teams working on an account to bring the best of the firm to the client.
How You’ll Contribute
- Driving the annual account planning process
- Establishing a regular account rhythm, including touchpoints between the teams
- Helping the firm capture, analyze, and redistribute knowledge and intelligence
- Driving the full pursuit lifecycle, from the moment an RFP is released all the way to it’s post-decision analysis
- Manage internal stakeholders, build the needed knowledge about the firm, services and offerings.
- Understand key trends across the industry across the Middle East markets and use insights to anticipate new business opportunities
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize workflows and insights, while maintaining dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Excel) to support reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making
- This role is primarily based in Jordan; however, we are open to candidates based in Egypt or Lebanon, subject to business needs and local requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Years of experience: 4-6 years in an account management or BD role - preferably within a professional services environment
- Previous experience in strategy consulting or management consulting is a plus
- Strong capability in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills, as well as more generally, being proficient in Microsoft office and G-Suite.
