Job Title: Transaction Advisory Manager – Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager with a strong background in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) to join a leading advisory team. The ideal candidate will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, support M&A transactions, and provide strategic financial insights to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions, disposals, and investments
- Analyze financial statements, earnings quality, working capital, cash flow, and net debt
- Identify financial risks, key deal issues, and commercial considerations
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and client presentations
- Work closely with investors, clients, legal advisors, and transaction teams
- Support transaction negotiations and deal execution processes
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and junior team members
- Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
