AM Operations (Host, Agency & Events)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow local hosts and agencies by driving recruitment, performance, engagement, and long-term cooperation.
• Build strong relationships with agencies and partners, conduct business meetings, and ensure smooth communication, alignment, and policy compliance.
• Support hosts and agencies with performance improvement plans, training, and operational guidance to maximize revenue and activity.
• Plan and execute localized online/offline events and campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and platform growth.
• Monitor operational and event performance through data analysis and provide actionable optimization strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Internet, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in livestreaming, social media, agency management, account management, or related operational roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• High social intelligence and business awareness, with the ability to confidently handle partner meetings and build professional relationships.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic/local language is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, take ownership, and execute efficiently.
