The Function Purpose
Responsible for developing and managing relationships with financial institutions (FIs), including banks and other financial entities related to the Group.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish, manage, and promote relationships with Foreign Correspondent Banks and Local Commercial Banks.
- Drive business growth by securing financing solutions (Trade Loans, Direct Credit Facilities, Bilateral Loans, Guarantees, Portfolio Risk Sharing, etc.) and cross-selling products.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and oversee onboarding of new banks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for correspondent banks and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Conduct annual KYC reviews for Vostro/Nostro accounts and ensure compliance with AML, operational risk, and other policies.
