We’re looking for a Kitchen Onboarding Associate to join our Middle Eastern team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and operational success of our restaurant partners. What You’ll Do
- Kitchen Improvements: Identify opportunities for kitchen enhancements, source third-party vendors, coordinate approvals with licensees, and ensure kitchens are operationally ready for partner launch timelines.
- Onboarding: Support restaurant partners in setting up their kitchens post-occupancy, including permit submittals, equipment buildout coordination, onboarding calls, and guidance on KitchenPark processes, payment cycles, and operational setup requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams (City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, Operations, and Sales) and external contractors to ensure a smooth onboarding and operational setup experience for licensees.
- Construction & Operations: Oversee kitchen improvements, schedule installations, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders for light construction administration, and coordinate launch readiness to ensure partners can go live on time.
- Permit Coordination: Assist with the submittal process to secure necessary operational permits and track all required onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Financial Oversight: Manage cost approvals to support AP/AR functions, while tracking onboarding-related payments and ensuring timely follow-ups with partners.
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Work alongside the Kitchen Onboarding Manager to track regional projects, onboarding progress, operational readiness, and process improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3+ years of relevant work experience, in hospitality, restaurant, or a related industry.
- Background in B2B onboarding or customer service, preferably within F&B, hospitality, insurance, or non-financial services.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
