Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tracking Order Specialist based in Riyadh. The role involves managing and monitoring the order tracking process, ensuring timely order processing, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to address customer inquiries. The specialist will also provide exceptional customer service by resolving order-related issues and updating clients on delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Order Management and Order Processing skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proficient Analytical Skills to review and interpret order and shipment data
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for tracking and processing
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
