Barracuda Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can professionally handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and support sales through messaging platforms and social media channels.
The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, persuasive, and capable of building positive customer relationships while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reply to customer inquiries across social media and messaging platforms
• Follow up with leads and potential customers professionally
• Support online sales through chats and direct messages
• Maintain excellent customer experience and response quality
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
• Track customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Handle customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain engagement

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or social media communication
• Strong Arabic & English communication skills
• Excellent written communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to multitask and manage conversations efficiently
• Good understanding of customer service and online sales processes
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
