Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Support Specialist, located in Amman, Jordan. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service requests, and maintaining effective client communication. Additional duties include understanding client needs, analyzing their concerns, and providing timely and accurate solutions to support their immigration and translation requirements.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in customer support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Well-developed analytical skills for understanding and addressing client needs, as well as problem-solving.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional client engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive in a professional on-site environment.
- Experience in the immigration and translation sectors is an advantage.
- Professional use of all Microsoft applications and CRM.
- High phone etiquette. Bachelor's degree in Applied English or English related major.
