Role Description
This full-time Junior Supply Chain Coordinator role is based on-site in Amman. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating supply chain operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth delivery of products. The role involves monitoring supply chain performance, as well as below tasks
- Manage purchase orders and pricing records
- Support logistics, imports, and shipping follow-ups
- Help prepare demand forecasts and analyze sales trends
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses
- Support inventory management and promotional activities
- Support promotions and new product launches
- Prepare reports for slow-moving and risky stock
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize processes within the supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience or fresh graduate
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent in Excel
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
