We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Shop Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in finding the right products, maintain an organized store, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions accurately.

- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.

Requirements
- High school diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or as a shop sales associate.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic accounting and cash handling skills.
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
