We are looking for a high-performing
Country Manager to lead commercial growth in Jordan. The role is responsible for driving revenue, managing key strategic accounts, and expanding footprint across government entities, financial institutions, and enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate combines strong
IT / SaaS sales expertise with structured account management capabilities and a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. This is a revenue-owning, front-facing leadership role with direct impact on market positioning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver country revenue targets and pipeline development.
- Identify and close new business opportunities across Government, Banking, and Enterprise sectors.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles (prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closing).
- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with portfolio.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Strategic Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts.
- Buildbexecutive-level relationships with CIOs, CDOs, Legal Heads, Compliance Officers, and Procurement teams.
- Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Oversee contract renewals and long-term commercial agreements.
- Act as escalation point for major clients.
Market & Ecosystem Development
- Represent in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and enterprise events.
- Build partnerships with system integrators, technology partners, and channel players.
- Monitor competitive landscape and pricing trends.
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams.
Operational & Commercial Governance
- Forecast revenue and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and large tender submissions.
- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record in B2B technology sales.
- Demonstrated experience selling into:
- Government entities.
- Banks and financial institutions.
- Large enterprises.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing complex procurement cycles and tenders.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SaaS subscription-based commercial models.
- Exposure to compliance-driven industries (regulated sectors).
- Experience working with legal, compliance, or digital transformation stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management methodologies.
