Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Sales role located in Amman. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to promote and sell products while delivering exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, providing product information, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The candidate will also collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, along with the ability to meet targets and achieve results.
- Ability to partake in and benefit from Training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic, on-site environment.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
