Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will engage in daily tasks such as managing inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting tutoring services, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls, scheduling, and providing ongoing support to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively assist clients and address their needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for clear and persuasive conversations.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to effectively promote services and meet targets.
- Experience in Training is a plus to further support client onboarding and team collaboration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
