Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator, located in Amman. The Operations Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure processes run efficiently, support administrative tasks, and enhance coordination among teams. The role requires liaising with internal teams and customers, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing operational processes to meet company standards and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, procurement or industrial coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ODOO ERP systems.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO, OHSAS) preferred.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll required
- Knowledge of procurement
- Fluency in Arabic and English required.
