Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Assistant based in Sahab. The Production Assistant will support production processes, assist in quality control checks, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely operations and collaborate/assist the production planning department in setting up the work for the following day. Responsibilities include helping with manufacturing tasks, maintaining production equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards, providing updates to supervisors, and supervising over workers. Additionally, the role involves effective communication and coordination between production teams and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Assistance, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment handling
- Skills and experience in Quality Control to maintain and ensure high product standards
- Proven ability in Teamwork, collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors
- Strong Customer Service skills to facilitate communication and maintain good client relationships
- Attention to detail and capacity for performing Editing or minor adjustments during quality assurance processes
- Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational certifications in manufacturing or related fields are a plus
