Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Spare Parts Manager based in Amman Bayader Wadi Al-Seer . The role involves overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts, ensuring optimal inventory control, and maintaining accurate records. The manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely availability of parts. Additionally, the role includes monitoring supplier relationships and contributing to overall customer satisfaction by managing high-quality service parts operations.
Responsibilities :
· Coordinate with internal teams to manage Spare Parts storge and inventory effectively.
· Conduct regular analyses to determine spare parts requirements and optimize stock levels.
· Oversee and coordinate import processes with relevant team and person in charge.
· Prepare forecast reports on spare parts procurement , including classification.
· Supervise warehouse operations and ensuring optimal team performance and alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts management
- Strong expertise in Inventory Management and Inventory Control
- Proficiency in managing Service Parts and spare parts stock levels
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal service teams
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage
