Position: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and approach new clients.
Present solar and automation solutions to potential customers.
Manage sales & marketing strategies and campaigns and social media platforms.
Close deals and achieve sales targets.
Willing to use own car for business travel.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Proactive mindset and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ultimately, the role focuses on understanding client needs, building trust, and delivering measurable value through smart energy solutions.
Bachelors in marketing, business administration or any related field.
Interest in renewable energy is a plus.
Compensation:
Base salary: 450–550 JOD + Uncapped commission (top performers can earn up to 800+ JOD/month)
Location: Amman head office and on-site locations.
Working Hours: Full-time (Sunday–Thursday 9:00 to 18:00).
