Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Amman for a Sales Staff position. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, handling inquiries, processing sales, tracking inventory, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on assisting female clients and providing a personalized, high-end shopping experience.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills in men’s fashion, suits, and formalwear, with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience in menswear sales (especially suits, tailoring, or formal attire) is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of suit styles, fabrics, fits, and measurements; experience with bespoke or made-to-measure services is a strong advantage.
- Ability to support female customers shopping for partners, weddings, or special occasions, offering styling advice and product recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage fittings, orders, and daily store operations efficiently.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
- Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
