Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Intern to support the day-to-day performance of Petra Ride’s operations.
This role involves working closely with the operations team to monitor performance, support drivers, and ensure a smooth ride experience for both customers and captains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations by monitoring ride activity and performance metrics.
- Assist in tracking key KPIs (e.g. ride completion, cancellations, driver availability).
- Help identify and escalate operational issues in real-time.
- Support communication with drivers (captains) regarding performance and updates.
- Assist in coordinating with Customer Support and other teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to improving operational processes and efficiency.
- Support data tracking and basic reporting tasks.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic analytical skills (comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
