Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman for a Sales Consultant in the Automotive Sector. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable automotive products and services. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth by meeting targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and professional advice to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Purpose:
To achieve individual sales targets by delivering a premium customer experience, converting leads into sales, and representing the brand in line with its positioning as a modern mobility solution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Handle showroom and digital leads.
- Conduct test drives and close sales.
2. Customer Experience:
- Deliver premium customer journey.
- Understand customer needs and follow up effectively.
3. CRM Management:
- Update and manage customer data.
- Track leads and ensure accuracy.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain knowledge of models and EV technology.
- Explain features clearly to customers.
5. Coordination:
- Work with finance and marketing teams.
- Support events and campaigns.
6. Delivery & After-Sales:
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Provide full vehicle orientation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
