Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager specializing in the automotive sector for a full-time, on-site role located in Amman. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and build long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying market trends, creating strategies to drive growth, overseeing customer service excellence, and preparing sales reports for management review. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to optimize customer satisfaction and sustain business growth
Job Purpose:
To lead and drive the sales by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Define sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Experienced in the automotive sector
2. Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
3. Sales Operations:
- Oversee showroom operations.
- Monitor CRM pipeline and conversion.
- Coordinate stock and logistics.
4. Customer Experience:
- Ensure premium customer journey.
- Manage key clients and escalations.
5. Marketing Alignment:
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns.
- Support launches and activations.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics.
7. Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to policies and pricing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing
- 8+ years automotive sales experience
