Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Amman, Jordan. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to identify growth opportunities. The role will involve overseeing the development of marketing materials, managing digital marketing channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing budgets will also be critical components of the role.
Qualifications
- Marketing and Branding: Experience in creating and executing strategic marketing plans, branding, and driving marketing campaigns
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and online advertising
- Analytical Abilities: Skills in market research, data analysis, and trend evaluation to support informed decision-making
- Creative Skills: Strong content creation, copywriting, and innovative problem-solving abilities
- Project Management: Experience in managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in relevant software such as tools for graphic design, analytics, and CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
- Previous experience in the tiles or construction materials industry would be considered a strong asset
