Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will develop, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms to engage audiences and grow our online presence. Responsibilities include creating posts, graphics, and videos, scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve results.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, video editing, and copywriting targeted for social media platforms.
- Experience in creating and executing social media strategies, scheduling tools, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar for content production.
- Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific algorithms to optimize content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to independently manage deadlines.
- Experience with community engagement and building relationships with online audiences.
- Previous experience in social media management or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field is a plus.
