Role Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support across client opportunities and engagements, ensuring efficient coordination of job code management, billing processes, risk requirements, and reporting activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, accounting knowledge, transactional work flexibility and maintaining consistency and compliance with the risk management procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Backgrounds, Business Analysis, Operations, Finance, Accounting or any related field.
- Industrial engineering / Supply chain & Procurement. (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience.
- Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, or project management tools is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of daily financial and operational transactions, maintaining rigorous oversight to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal audit standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports to support engagement monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping within internal systems.
- Support the initiation and tracking of risk management and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation where applicable.
- Provide administrative support on client engagements, including job code creation, updates, and closures.
- Assist in billing processes, including data validation, tracking, reconciliation, and client billing uploads in relevant portals/systems.
