Job Purpose
The Business Support Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of The Business Hub, ensuring smooth service delivery, excellent member experience, and effective coordination of business support activities. The role focuses on customer service, lead generation support, operational reporting, and assisting in achieving sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations and administrative functions of The Business Hub.
- Deliver and execute Business Hub services efficiently while ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries, requests, and service needs, both in person and online.
- Coordinate closely with the Business Hub Manager and provide daily updates on performance, operational issues, and service improvements.
- Monitor and track all Business Hub activities using relevant management systems and reporting tools.
- Handle walk-in clients and online service requests professionally.
- Support lead generation activities by identifying prospects, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into active pipeline opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen positive relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist management in implementing territory plans, operational strategies, and business development initiatives related to The Business Hub.
- Manage meeting room reservations and ensure smooth booking processes.
- Support the promotion and sales of Business Hub products and services.
- Contribute to achieving weekly, monthly, and annual targets related to: Business support services, Meeting room reservations, Other Business Hub services and products, Corporate Mall orders within the assigned territory
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and lead conversion status.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in: Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Customer Service, or any related field
Professional Certifications / Training (Preferred)
- Customer Service Training
- Sales or CRM-related training
- Microsoft Office Certification is a plus
Experience Requirements
- Overall Experience: 1–3 years
- Relevant Positional Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support, business operations, administration, or sales support
- Specialized Experience: Experience in business centers, coworking spaces, hospitality, customer relations, or service operations is preferred
