Role Overview:
The Project Manager oversees the daily execution of training programs and manages the training operations team. This role ensures training delivery runs efficiently, aligns with business objectives, and supports employee performance and development.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support training coordinators and administrators
- Plan and manage training schedules across departments
- Ensure smooth execution of onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Monitor trainer performance and provide coaching when needed
- Track training completion, attendance, and compliance requirements
- Maintain and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) operations
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams
- Analyze training metrics and prepare performance reports
- Identify process improvements to enhance training efficiency
- Manage training materials, documentation, and updates
- Ensure training aligns with company policies and quality standards
