Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to ideate and craft compelling copy across a wide range of mediums and formats—from short-form creative copy for print and out-of-home, to scriptwriting for film, as well as social and digital content.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Arabic and English and possesses a deep understanding of culture—not just in terms of traditions, but in uncovering local insights and using language that truly resonates and moves people.
We’re looking for someone who is strategic, curious, and witty, with a strong command of language and storytelling. You will collaborate closely with Planners, Art Directors, and Creative Directors to bring ideas to life across multiple projects.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an advertising agency
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic, with exceptional writing skills
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to work within brand guidelines
- Proven ability to collaborate with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams to develop impactful ideas
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Award-winning or award-driven mindset
- Strong ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate copy
- Proven ability to lead projects, ideate, and develop creative concepts across various deliverables, formats, and channels
- Motivated and culturally curious, bringing fresh perspectives to every brief
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of formats, tones, and creative styles
- Ability to proofread, edit, and translate content effectively
