Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intermediate Backend Software Developer located in Amman, Jordan. In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain server-side APIs, database systems, and application logic. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, and ensuring system performance and reliability. You will also work on optimizing backend processes and implementing new features to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Excellent skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- A solid foundation in Computer Science principles
- Familiarity with database systems, frameworks, and modern backend tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience with similar backend development roles is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
