About the Role
Support in overseeing daily team operations and their assigned accounts. Ensure timely delivery of content across all accounts, such as calendars, campaigns, … etc. Coordinate and support in managing timelines of each account and the team efforts effectively. Support in establishing practices and templates to facilitate the work, as well as maximum utilization of third-party tools [Emplifi and Buraq]. Collaborating with the graphic design team for any material related to online presence. Ensuring the foundational image and brand is properly present and visible in all social media posts and interactions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation and preparation of social media content calendars in Arabic and English.
- Ensure that all content calendars are developed and maintained on time.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, quality of work, and tone across all platforms.
- Managing the posting and interacting on all relevant social media platforms within the guidelines of the communications strategy.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders [comms team, company staff, and vendors].
- Translate requests into actionable implementation plans.
- Take part in building a model for managing the relationship with content creators and influencers.
- Analyze monthly marketing performance data to identify key achievements and challenges.
- Develop and implement targeted mini plans to address identified areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing a social media and online presence strategy locally, regionally, and internationally that would reflect the proper image of the foundation and its initiatives/subsidiaries.
- Participate in the preparation of comprehensive reports to share insights with stakeholders.
- Support in developing and implementing effective digital and social media advertising plans.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns across various platforms.
- Optimize spending to achieve the best possible results.
- Execution of digital and social media marketing plans across all platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social advertising.
- Ensuring that all initiatives are supported properly from a social media perspective and developing processes to standardize and normalize as per the initiatives’ requirements.
Qualifications
- B.A. in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
Required Skills
- A minimum of eight to ten years’ experience in communications and social media.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
