Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our on-site team in Amman. In this role, you will build, maintain, and improve web applications across both frontend and backend layers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality, production-ready software and contribute to architecture, performance, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys ownership, writes clean and reliable code, and can move confidently from idea to implementation.
What you’ll work withBackend: NestJS (TypeScript), PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Redis, BullMQ, Socket.io
Frontend: Next.js (App Router), React, Tailwind CSS
Mobile: React Native + Expo (when required)
AI Toolchain: Claude, Gemini - AI is part of how we build, not an optional add-on
What we’re looking for- Strong experience in full stack web development
- Solid hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building and maintaining modern backend services and APIs
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, responsive UI development, and component-based design
- Experience with databases, application performance, debugging, and optimization
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving team
- Good communication skills and a practical, ownership-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Nice to have- Experience with Next.js, NestJS, Prisma, Redis, or Socket.io
- Experience with React Native / Expo
- Experience using AI tools in real development workflows
- Familiarity with testing, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices
