We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – FX & Financial Markets
Ultima Markets is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong FX industry experience to expand our presence across the MENA region. If you have a proven track record in client acquisition, revenue growth, and relationship management in FX or financial markets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target high-value clients in the FX and financial markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the client base and market share.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align business development strategies with market insights.
- Represent Ultima Markets at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales within FX or financial trading.
- Established network and strong book of clients in the MENA region.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Forex, commodities, indices, and global financial markets.
